Terms and conditions

1. 1. Booking and payment

   • A deposit of €400 per person secures your place.
   • The balance must be paid by a specified date before the start of the swim holiday.

2. 2. Cancellations and refunds

   • If you cancel your booking after payment, a cancellation fee of €400 applies.
   • If the swim holiday is cancelled by Swim Croatia, a full refund will be provided.

3. 3. Participant requirements

   • Participants must be 18 or over.
   • Participants must have a reasonable level of swimming ability and be in good health.
   • Participants must have appropriate travel insurance as a condition of booking, and make sure they meet any visa or entry requirements.

4. 4. Itinerary and changes

   • Swim Croatia reserves the right to change the itinerary, activities or accommodation if necessary because of unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
   • Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

5. 5. Health and safety

   • Participants must follow the instructions given by the swim guides and keep to any safety guidelines or rules.
   • Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the swim holiday.

6. 6. Liability

   • Swim Croatia will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience caused during the swim holiday.

7. 7. Insurance

   • Participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers any potential risks, including cancellation, medical expenses and personal belongings.

8. 8. Personal belongings

   • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the swim holiday. Swim Croatia will not be liable for any loss or damage.

9. 9. Photography and media

   • Swim Croatia may take photographs or videos during the swim holiday for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included should tell Swim Croatia in writing.
